Nayan Agarwal
Founder
Nayan Agarwal has many years of experience in the Investment Banking and Fund Management areas of the Financial Services industry, with a focus on the Global Management of Wealth. Starting his career path in 1994 as an analyst in Perpetual Investment Management, Nayan was working with huge multinationals such as IBM, Nestlé, ABN AMRO and various other institutions in different capacities. Being involved in the investment structuring and trading operations of corporations he focused on adding value in their day to day operations. Since 2009 he has created and managed many investment funds for listed and private securities across Asia, which resulted in over $250m current AuM in various funds and strategies.
Karl Aeschbacher
Executive Director
As one of our most experienced team members, Karl Aeschbacher is a valuable asset to our team. As a former banker and current entrepreneur, Karl brings specific skills to the table and is always looking for the next venture. Karl Aeschbacher is also the founder and manager of Kasal Ltd, which provides international institutions
and corporates with the necessary skills, knowledge and know-how to advance/undertake their wishes. Prior, Mr. Aeschbacher was the CEO of Warwyck Private Bank Ltd (Mauritius).
He has masters in law and wealth management from Orleans and Micro MBA leadership in entrepreneurial leadership from Geneva. He has completed Oxford Blockchain Strategy programme and Oxford fintech programme from Oxford University.
Michael Southam
Partner
Michael Southam started his career with Southam Inc., Canada’s leading publisher and moved to Germany in 1987 as International Marketing Director for Vicorp AG. Since 1990 he has worked as an independent business development consultant in Geneva’s financial community. In addition to having consulted to leading Swiss banks and financial institutions, Mr. Southam was retained during 2003 as Senior Advisor for Business Development by an innovative European network of UHNW client advisors, where he was responsible for conceiving and then implementing the Business Exchange program. Mr. Southam is a founding partner and director of a number of companies, including Kalvin K. Associates S.A. and CPM S.A., and Rockcliffe partners (2003).
